羅莊區(qū)廢棄混凝土破碎加工，山東臨沂作為國家廢棄資源循環(huán)利用示范城市，依托政策支持與區(qū)域優(yōu)勢，在羅莊經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)“廢棄資源循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)園”。該項(xiàng)目總投資2億元，占地110畝，集礦山尾料處理、建筑垃圾回收、商砼站及再生建材生產(chǎn)于一體，是山東省重點(diǎn)再生資源循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)示范項(xiàng)目。
核心技術(shù)與設(shè)備
生產(chǎn)線配置
濕法礦山廢石破碎線：采用黎明重工C6X125顎式破碎機(jī)、HST單缸液壓圓錐破、VSI6X1150制砂機(jī)等設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)450噸/小時的好的處理能力。
干法混凝土塊破碎線：配置世邦集團(tuán)新型給料機(jī)、PEW顎破、PFW反擊破，實(shí)現(xiàn)200噸/小時的建筑垃圾處理效率。
智能環(huán)保設(shè)計(jì)
采用干濕法結(jié)合工藝，配備好的脈沖布袋除塵器、全封閉皮帶走廊，實(shí)現(xiàn)粉塵零排放。
生產(chǎn)廢水經(jīng)沉淀處理后循環(huán)利用，污泥通過板式壓濾機(jī)固廢處理，達(dá)到污水零排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
